« Passionate by mixology since my childhood, I started my career in luxury bars, educated from the beginning to a service of excellence and a perfection of cocktails to make you dream and travel. During my career, I had the opportunity to work in a speakeasy bar which allowed me to perfect my creations and refine my knowledge of spirits.
The Genie Bar represents a modern and daring concept that combines French bistronomy and the know-how of speakeasy. Thanks to its vegetable garden and its hives in roof-top, my creations are elaborated with fresh and home-made products.
